Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products may be offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.

Backorders

If you have selected an item which has just run out of stock, a sales specialist will contact you right away to let you know when the item will be available. If you can't wait we will let you know what other colors/patterns are available immediately in the style and size you have ordered, and if substitution or waiting are not an option we will gladly refund your credit card for the purchase.

However, the color(s) you see willl vary depending on the settings and capabilities of your monitor, computer and web browser. Therefore, Goodnighties cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of our products is accurate.
